Who will dominate the news in 2016?

It's 2016, which means another year of resolutions, goals, and, of course, news drama.

Not surprisingly, most "top news" stories tend to involve celebrities and politicians, as they're often controversial and great at pulling in strong ratings.

The key question is: Which individual will dominate the news this year?  Will it be:

  • Donald Trump?
  • Hillary and Bill Clinton?
  • The Kardashians?
  • Bill Cosby?
With the presidential election just 11 months away, I think Trump and the Clintons will undoubtedly take center stage in the media this year.

The brash and outspoken Trump, in my view, has dominated the headlines ever since he announced his candidacy last year. I predict that there will be no shortage of mud-slinging between both sides in the months to come. In fact, I read yesterday that Trump recently brought Bill Clinton's sex scandals to light once again. He blasted the former president as "one of the great abusers of the world."

In the entertainment world, I do expect the Kardashians to reign supreme as they have the last couple of years. Whether it's Kim's latest pregnancy or the relationship between Khloe and Lamar, there's always plenty of drama to go around with this family.

And just a few days ago, Bill Cosby was arrested on sexual assault charges. I expect the media to be all over this story in 2016.

Strap on your seat belts, folks. It's going to be a crazy year!

Who do you think will dominate the news in 2016?
